Join us at our home in Park Slope, Brooklyn for this monthly intimate gathering of weaving together, accompanied with bowls and soup.
March's theme is initiation, which we’ll chat on over some of Adrian's famous nitro-ceremonial-cacao, then we'll drop in with breathwork, vocal toning, and sound meditation, eat delicious soup, and hold intentional conversation – all rooted in the wisdom of co-creation, community, and self-expression. This is a horizontal experience designed simply around the nectar of gathering. Prepare to be surprised by the depth of experience and the potency of integration.
Integration is intentionally weaving experiences into our life tapestry. In meditation, we pick up threads buried beneath: some golden, some vivid, some dark, some dusty. It is empowering to recognize the potential of these threads for crafting different pattens and stories. It can also be daunting to figure out how to knit them alone.
Weavers work best together. The exchange of techniques and personal artistry inspires the flourishing of the commune. We realize this beauty of community and have decided to offer a circle of trust for the sharing of story, insight, challenge, dream, and more.
Our living room is limited in size and can comfortably fit eight people including us, if you plan on joining, please RSVP at your earliest convenience. This experience is open to everyone who has joined us for one of our signature meditations and is donation based.
