Art of Personal Tuning

  • Yogis and Yoginis 432 6th Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11215 United States (map)

We are all living out the process of embodying our own heart's song. The new year opens up a new opportunity to tune in with our body and amplify our inner truth with our voice. In this workshop, we will explore the symbiotic relationships between listening, breathing, and vocalizing, all through an experiential, embodied, and liberatory lens.

Over the course of two hours, we will survey the relevant anatomies of our ears, vocal chambers, and lungs/diaphragm; bring this understanding into somatic awareness through fun and interactive exercises; and lastly set and reflect on the experience in meditation. We will share easy-to-learn breathing and vocal toning practices to support your attunement with your innate values, desires, and guidance – empowering you to embody them this whole new year.

This workshop is intended and designed for everyone. It’s about finding a more refined tune in life and expanding your consciousness into inner music. Whether you are already a musician, or someone who considers themselves “tone-deaf,” an advanced meditator, or beginner yogi, you will receive inspiration from being in resonance in an open-hearted community gathering.

The energy exchange is 45 dollars.
